Abstract:
     The invention discloses a method for inhibiting the color change of the silver antibacterial agent, using the 4A zeolite or nano earth silicon powder as carrier, using the sliver ion and zinc ion or copper ion as microorganism resistant active ion, preparing the 4A zeolite or nano earth silicon antibacterial agent carrying silver and zinc or silver and copper resistant the color change through the reaction of liquid phase ion change or adsorption. The invention strengthens the color change resistant property and microorganism resistant property of the silver antibacterial agent by reducing the silver content and increasing the microorganism resistant metallic(ion zinc or copper) content, and meets the criterion of << sterilizing technical regulation >> of the Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China. The invention is characterized by the simple process, convenient operation and good color change resistant property, the prepared silver antibacterial agent can be use in the in industries and fields of antibiotic plastics, antibiotic fiber and antibiotic coating material, and etc.
