    The invention relates to a compound antibacterial agent, wherein its preparing process comprises preparing silver complex, preparing inorganic composite solution of silver complex and silica sol gel, preparing organic-inorganic composite solution of the obtained inorganic composite solution and organic antibacterial agent, drying the composite solution at 50-80 deg. C or carrying out spray drying, thus obtaining composite antibacterial agent of white powder.
