Abstract:
     ABSTRACT :this device is characterized by that there is a guiding wheel located above the mowing shovel as the front wheel fixed in the front forks of a bicycle. Behind the front forks, there is a conical pipeon which a handle is attached, transversely. When the guiding wheel is pushed forward, the hoe edges will cut into the soil. Advancing forward, the grass is mowed continually and the preserving the moisture of soil is carried out simutaneously. Saving tome required for swing the hoe up and down, thus, efficiency is raised to about 4 times than ordinary operation.
