Abstract:
     A heat-treatment and heated cold-processing technology for changing the physical structures of an aluminium alloy is published in this invention. This alloy consists of Mg-0.5-2.0%, Mn-0.4-3.0% and the rest is basically the Al-Mg-Mn series of Al. It is to be casted semi-continuously in the form of an ingot. The ingot-casting is then made into ribbons of hard aluminium alloy used for deep stamping via following technology processes with features of: homogeneous treatment using graded rise of temp., hot-rolling technology with a rate of single-run under atomospheric pressure; twice intermediate annealing; final stabilizing treatment and the cold-rolling with a rate of single-run under atmospheric pressure. The technology is economical, easy to perform and especially suitable for domestic processing conditions. This kind of ribboned aluminium alloy is used to make the easily opened tin for beers and drinks.
