Abstract:
     The present invention provides a production method of an copper-base alloy which is the similar to that of 18K. gold in performance and colour. The main components of the said alloy are Cu, Al, In, Ni and Sn, and the method comprises smelting, homogeneous annealing, forging, pickling and other processes. By properly controlling technological conditions, a decorative alloy capable of replacing noble metals can be obtained. The said alloy has beautiful golden appearance, good anti-discolouration property and excellent processing performance, and it can meet the for processing of ornaments, handicrafts and expensive tourist articles with a cost 30-50 times less than that of 18K. gold.
