Abstract:
     A kind of internal heating type annealing process and its equipment for aluminium or copper sheet, which relates to heat treatment of metals and equipment. Using the existing box-type resistance furnace to anneal aluminium or copper sheet, the radiation is mainly made to transmit heat. This invention features that the heating disk is put among aluminium or copper sheets, and using properties of their high heat absorption and quick heat conduction, the thermal conduction is used for annealing aluminium or copper sheets. The devices used in this invention are: the clamping mechanisms on the furnace body, the automatic handling facilities on the furnace base, the thermal insulation material and heating elements in the furnace body, and the thermometric sensor between the heating elements. The automatic control is achieved by using microcomputer.
