Abstract:
     This invention provides a Cu-base alloy with such components as Cr (0.15-0.6%), Zr (0.1-0.25%), Ge (0.01-0.15%), Nb and/or Ce-containing rare-earth (0.01-0.08%) and Cu (residual). After a Cu-base alloy having above components is processed by a technology provided in the invention, its average electric conductivity is 83% (IACS), its average hardness at normal temp reaches HRB83 and its softening temp is over 575 deg.C. The alloy is suitable for production in great batches and for the electrode of electric-resistance weld universal to light alloy, steel sheet with plate layer and heat-resistant alloy steel.
