| The invention relates to a method and device for vibratory treatment of workpieces. It includes an unbalanced vibration exciter connected to a motor, which excites the workpiece many times at different resonance frequencies of the workpiece. The bearings of the motor armature have one seat ring isolated from the motor casing. The electromotive force of the bearing is continuously measured. When the natural frequency of a workpiece deviates due to vibratory treatment, the change in electromotive force is recorded and the exciter is regulated to the deviated value of the resonance frequency when the frequency is stabilized. The vibratory treatment is done at each harmonic wave until the resonance frequency is stable and then turned to the next. The vibration excitation is repeated for many times at each harmonic until the resonance frequency is stable with constant electromotive force. | |||
