Abstract:
     This invention relates to a method for making a soft-magnetic amorphous sensitive alloy used for non-contact torsion sensor. Its chemical components possess 56-64 Wt.%, including Fe (8-15), M (2-6), Si (12-17), B (8-14) and C (0.5-2), where M is one or more of Mn, Mo, Nb and Cr. Because of adding some alloy element and cooperation with heat treatment, such alloy has high sensitivity and low nonlinear offset and hysteresis.
