| Titanium and nickel plates are alternatively overlapped and vacuum electronic beam welding is used to seal-in. By hot press or hot diffusion welding, the titanium and nickel plates are welded together, The Ti-Ni alloy foil is then obtained through hot rolling for thinning it, diffusion treatment and peeling, or the Ti-Ni alloy sheet with nearly equi-atomic ratio is obtained through diffusion and one or more middle rolling-diffusion treatment. | |||
