| The process for preparing nm crystal alloy may be implemented in two steps; one including uniform heating at 5-10 GPa to melt, high-pressure cooling at 1-300/KS-1 to room temp. and depressurizing; another one including uniform heating at 5-10 GPa and the temp. of 100 deg.K less than smelting point and high-pressure cooling at 1-1000/KS-1. Obtained alloy has compact interface without pollution. | |||
