Abstract:
     A method for making the forgings or rod material of GH4169 have uniform superfine crystal grains features that uniform reticular Widmanstatten delta-phase structure is obtained by pretreatment, the spherical delta phase around nascent fine crystal nucleus is then obtained by deformation, and its final state may be DA or high-quality and high-strength one. Said pretreatment, deformation and final shaping are all completed by ordinary forging press. Said method is suitable for aeroengine or astroengine and may be used in steel plant to directly produce fine-grain rod materials.
