Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a lanthanum molybdenum oxide foil strip material and its preparation method, belonging to the field of rare earth molybdenum foil strip material preparation technology. It is characterized by that the doping quantity of La2O3 is 0.2-0.6% of weight percentage of molybdenum, and its preparation method includes the following steps: using conventional technique to make La2O3-Mo filament material and making surface treatment; pre-annealing at 1300-1400 deg.c before rolling; cold-rolling whose deformation quantity in first pass is 20-30% or warm-rolling whose deformation quantity in first pass is 30-50%; when the total deformation quantity is reached to 60-65%, annealing at 900-1100 deg.C, fine-rolling at room temp. to that its total deformation quantity is 70-80%; annealing at 800 deg.C, and directly-rolling to obtain finished product foil strip material with good workability and high high-temp. strength.
