Abstract: |
|||
| A method for manufacturing tin-phosphorus-bronze workpieces includes such technological steps as smelting red copper in furnace at 1250-1300 deg.C, addition of refined tin (5-7%) and magnetic phosphorus (0.2-0.4%), enclosing furnace, raising temp to 1300 deg.C, pouring into mould at 40-60 deg.C, demoulding, coarse machining, annealing, extruding and fine finishing. Obtained workpiece features high anti-fatigue nature, elasticity, antiwear temp and anticorrosion power. | |||
