Abstract:
     The manufacturing method of cubic texture nickel-base strip relates to a base strip material for making epitaxial-growth YBCO superconducting thick-film with high critical current density and its manufacturing method. It is characterized by that it adopts directional rolling process, and its working rate is greater than 95% and the cubic texture nickel-base strip produced by adopting said invented method possesses single {100}<100> texture, crystal (100) face is parallel to rolling face, crystal <100> direction is parallel to rolling direction, and (002) X-ray diffracted FWHM (half-high width) is 5.2 deg., so that it can meet the requirements for epitaxial-growth YBCO superconducting thick-film. Its production process is simple, easy to implement scale production.
