Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention relates to the field of material science. Inside one solidifying chamber in vacuum or filled with protective gas, pure sample is floated by floating device or supported by one proper flux layer inside shallow crucible, and is first molten through resistive heating, laser heating or other heating process and then cooled. When cooled down to certain degree, atomic group is introduced to trigger the solidification of over cooled melt. Through the method, atomic group with the same size level as the crystal nucleus is introduced directly to over cooled metal or alloy sample to trigger and control the formation of crystal nucleus and to obtain required solidified structure. | |||
