Abstract:
     The character of this invention is that, the tungsten ore is mixed with NaOH and ground in a specially designed pressurized hot grinding machine. The combination of chemical decomposition process of ore with grinding process makes use sufficiently of the mechanical activation to split the film on ore and hence accelerates the decomposition process. This method can reduce alkali consumption anddinerease decomposition degree, compared with conventional digesting with alkali in stirring tank. The pregrinding of ore, recovery of excess alkali and dissolution of Na2WO4 crystal pperations can be ommitted, thus shortening the production flowsheet.
