Abstract:
     This doduble-rpere sintering method can reduce the energy conrumed during the sintering period of refined iron ore,and improve the guality and the yield of the product. In this method, refined iron ore is make into small sphere with diferent basicity; and suited amount of fiel is added. The ore is then mixed fully and sintered at lower temperature and a self-melt ore which has good metalluryical nature and whore main adhensive is calcium ferrate is obrained. Its reduction property is improved greatly. The reductive powderty at iow etmperature and the solid fuel conrume during the sintering period are reduced. the productivity is raised greatly.
