Abstract:
     The present invention is a new type electric slag refining equipment and technology, which is a combination of semi-lining alternating current slag re-smelting, integrated direct current electro-chemical refining vertical crystallization and ingot pulling. It can greatly reduce electricity consumption. Meanwhile it can protect the active elements in steel or alloy from deterioration due to high temp., reduce effectively gas and impurities in alloy, reduce micro-deformation of alloy structure and improve the quality of re-smelted ingot significantly.
