Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention is to recover Mo, Bi, Cu in tungsten ore instead of conventional unitary floatation. The Mo, Bi, Cu sulfide ore is stirred with oxidant (Ferric chloride or manganese oxide) and hydrochloric acid to extract bismuth, and recover Bi from the extract by metal pptn. or hydrolysis. Cu fine ore and Mo fine ore are separated pom the extracted residue by mixed floatation and floatation separation operations. Quality of Mo fine ore recovered is 50% or higher, and recovery is 92-96%. The process flowsheet is simple, high recovery and beneficial, can be used to recover co-existing Mo, Bi, Cu in tungsten ore, especially in high Bi, Cu-content sulfide ore. | |||
