Abstract:
     It is of self-heating oxidization and volatilization in the antimony white (Sb2O3) furnace. The antimony white furnace adopted is somewhat like the small type reverberatory furnace in which there are two cylindrical reaction chambers, and at their lower parts, there install air pipes which are inserted in the molten antimony to blow wind. In the reaction chambers, there install air pipes with their openings downward to blow wind on the surface of molten antimony. After the antimony has been molten the produced Sb2O3 oxidized by oxygen from air in the reaction chamber enters the smoke passage to form spheroidized Sb2O3 under severe cooling. This kind of products is suitable for the enamel, painting and combustion-proof agent and other industrial departments.
