Abstract:
     The present invention combines the blowing device of the heavy nonferrous metal slag with the waste energy utilization apparatus. The furnace of this invention installs a membrane type water cooling wall in the upper part of the furnace body and in the inclined flue as well as in front of the radiation chamber. There is a screen type heated surface behind the radiation chamber. It is further connected with an air-preheater with U-shaped tube and a coil type coal saver. Above the coal saver is a CZ 250 electro-magnetic vibration ash-cheaner. The apparatus of this invention can intensify blowing, produce is great than 13 kgf/cm2 satd. steam or superheated steam. It produces an air-heating temp. of greater than 200 deg.C and increases the boiler feed water temp.
