Abstract:
     The invention relates to a percolation filtration-dipping process which is carried out with a continuous horizontal vacuum band-type filter machine as a ore-dipping equipment. The invention is so carried out that the charging proceeds indried condition and then the ore is subjected to pressing to form a thin filtered layer preparatorily. Therefore, a continuous and mechanized ore-dipping full process such as dried charging, pressing, percolation filtration-dipping and solid-liquid separating will be finished with a band-type filter machine. The present invention is suitable for dipping such ore which is easy-to-dip, high in clay content and difficult-to-separate liquid containing solid, especially for dipping of ion absorption-type rare earth mineral.
