Abstract:
     This invention discloses a direct method of producing sodium stannate from tin concentrate by soaking and purifying of raw sodium stannate, concentration of refined solution, crystallization and drying of the final product. The quality of the product meets the requirements of the first class product of guangzhou enterprise standard Q/HGI-58-84 and the requivements for export. The single yield of Sn is 80.15%, the overall yield is 95.88%. This method is superior to the classical process in that: saving energy and raw materials, simplifying equipment, ease of operation, low cost of production, high yield of Sn, and no pollution problem, besides, the mother liquor can be recirculated.
