Abstract:
     The suifide ore is dried directly through contact with hot drying tail gas obtained from the plant of contact sulfuric acid manufacture. The dried ore is heated and smelted. and the hot gas containing So2 obtained from smelting is reacted to produce sulphuric acid in the contact acid plant. The gas obtained in the acid manufacturing process is preheated by waste heat from the contact acid plant.
