| ABSTRACT :The present invention is churacterized in that admixture of zinc ore-carbon at low carbon ratio and given amount of dispersing, noble heavy no-ferrous metals is briquetted for combined smelt. Distilling furnace is heated sirectly and indirectly to smelt zinc complementally, then the remainding carbon is burned by preheated air, wherein waste carbon becomes CO to take part in following treatments at hogh temperature: part of the high temperature gases is used as direct heat for smelting zinc, the rest of the high temperature gases is used for recovering lead and enriching evaporable metals. Iron and unevaporated metals are recovered from the melt, and the slag is an admix to cement. This process reduces waste gases and waste water and protects enviroment. The amount of coal consumed to distill one ton of zinc is reduced to below 600 kg. Variched material to greatly raise economic benefit. | |||
