Abstract:
Shuiko mountain method of lead smelt belongs to the smelt method of nonferrous heavy metals. After being mixed and granulated, the furnace charge of the refined ore of lead sulphide, flux, smoke ash, coal powder and other materials containing lead is poured into the blowing furnace without being dried up. After smelt by blowing oxygen, some crude lead is produced and the slag containing some crude lead is put into electrical furnace in which the slag is reductively smelted by injecting coal powder with coal powder injector to produce metallic lead. If the raw material contains more zinc, the metallic zinc or zinc oxide can be produced from the electrical furnace according to the extent of reduction.
