| A one-stage fluidized bed is used in this technology. The amount of tail gas which enters the fluidized roasting furnace is adjusted so as to control the temperature of reductive roast and avoid the agglomeration of coke in high temperature. Besides, reductive atmosphere can be generated in fluidized bed in order to accomplish the reductive roast in high temperature. In this technology, more than 97% of Mn02 can be reduced , and the cast of prodution can be decreased to 75%~65%. it is an efficient and economical technology for high temperature reductive roast in chemical and metallurgical industry. | |||
