Abstract:
     After adding feedstock the physicochemical processes such as preheating, reducing, slag formation of gangue, and saparating the slag from tin etc. are conducted continuously in a reverberatory furnace under high temp. of 1350-1450 deg.C. Compared with traditional batch reverberator, it raises production capacity about 70%, increases furnace bed index from 1,2 ton per square metre day to 2 ton per square metre day, reduces fuel rate and reducing agent rate 40% and 18-23% respectively, and also reduces labour intensity.
