Abstract: |
|||
| This invention provides one process effective for extracting high quality white arsenic from smoke dust containing arsenic and tin of baking refined ores or other in baking processes. Said invention features the solution obtained from immersing the smoke dust goes through neutralizing and filtering, and the filtrate is processed by deep purification with dynamic ion-exchange. Velocity of the inflow is 12-20cm per min. pH value of the solution expelled after ion-exchange should be controlled at 1.5 to 2. When pH value arrives at 2, cut off the inflow. The expelled solution after ion-exchange is dicolored by addition of active carbon. This is done by adding 0.2 to 0.5g of active carbon to 1 liter of the expelled solution after ion-exchange. Stir it for 5 min, then filtering it and condensing the filtrate by evaporation of it. The product thus obtained, white arsenic contains 98% or more of As2O3. | |||
