Abstract: |
|||
| This invention is by using of brown coal as a reducing agent for processing low iron content refined tin ore in the form of pellets, which are dried and reduced directly in refractories of reducing installations at reducing temp. of 850-1000 deg.C by maintaining for 2-3 hr. After the reduction is completed, the ground is separated mechanically or by stirring when moltening. After the separation, metal tin and a small amount of stannous silicate are obtained. With said process the whole processing is continuous, meanwhile, flexible in operation, slagless, saving of energy sources, lowering in first cost, no contamination, and economical profits are gained predominantly. | |||
