| This invention provides a method for putting pellets of concentrated galena powder into refactories of the reacting installation, heated with low temperatures for mutual reacting of lead sulfide with lead oxide to produce metal lead and sulfur dioxide. Gas released by the reaction is absorbed by hydrated lime, semi-baked dolomite etc. Then,the pellets are crushed and the grounds are separated for obtaining metal lead directly. This processing is one of novel low-temperature metallurgies for energy saving, without environmental contamination, simple in technology, less investment and effective. Refactories are simple, thus, makes it suitable for adoptation for large industries, enterprises or rural industries. | |||
