Abstract:
The technology process used to retrieve gold from ore containing sulphide is as follows: At first, the ore pulp is smashed and then preliminarily processed with sulphuric acid to dissolve impurities and carbonate hindering oxidation. After the solid and liquid are separated from each other, the solution of sulphate and solid state matters are obtained. The solid is formed into ore pulp of 25~60% concentration (weight of solid) by adding some water. The ore pulp is oxidized under pressure at a temperature between 135~250 deg.C. with the concentration of sulphuric acid kept 40 g/l to make iron dissolved and the sulphide be oxidized into sulphuric acid and less than 20% of the oxidized sulphur be monomer. After water is put in oxidized matter and an ore pulp with 5~15% weigh of solid are formed, the solid matters and liquid are separated. and so acid solution containing iron and solid matters are obtained. The solution is circulated toward pulping procedure......
