Abstract:
     Supporting manner is adopted to (fit) the bearing of single seam centripetal ball joint according to international standard. The hardness of the outer casing ring is seriously limited (usually less than the lower limit of national standard) if the old technique is used. The strengthening and toughening heat treatment is taken to replace the former technique in this invention, this measure makes the (fitting) hardness of outer casing ring to reach or even surpass the upper limit of the standard, and thus effectively improves the wear-resistance of the outer casing ring, revolving precision, and life of the bearing.
