Abstract:
     There is voltage between each pair of rollers to heat the wire. On each roller there is a ring made of fan-shaped conductors which are insulated each other. The conductors connect with power by brushes. Each brush touches a part of the ring. The touching angle is less than one to be rounded by wire on the roller, so that there is no fire when the wires put on or remove the rallers.
