Abstract:
     This technology is characterized by first heating the sub-eutectoid steel of original constitution of pearlite and ferrite up to a temperature about 20deg.C-30deg.C above Ac3 and quenching it, Then, reheating it to a temperature 10~50deg.C below Ac3 and requenching it. The equipment consists of a heating furnace and a quenching equipment, together with a reheating furnace and a requenching equipment.
