Abstract: |
|||
| This method is mainly applied to GCr 15 steel. The base material is heated in a medium frequency induction furnace to 800-1000 deg.C. When the carbide is not yet molten and the Austenite is not yet homogenized, a shape formation is carried out in two phase region, hence the feed treatment, forging and thermostatic treatment three steps are combined in one heating up process. Its purpose is to enable Austenite and carbide in the product changing to microlitic structures. This technology can save much energy and raw material, and is applicable widely in machine building. | |||
