Abstract:
     A self adhesion protecting film which comprises of an adhesive, inorganic salts and an appropriate vehicle is prepared. This film can stand as high as 900 deg.C in oxidizing atmosphere. It is widely applied in the protection of metals during high temperature heat treatment, preventing oxidative decarbonization, nitriding and carbonization, and solvation of hydrogen, as well as decrease in smoothness. It can also be used as a protective on soldering. This product has the merits of being easy to handle and operate, nontoxic and nonharmful, easy to store and transport, time-and energy-saving and of low cost.
