Abstract:
     One kind of heat-treating workpieces are put under several conditions of automatic heat-treating equipments. The same heat-treament is required for a lot of workpieces at a time under the same conditions. Workpieces under heat treatment are separated into different groups. Each group is subjected to the same treatment in the same furnace. Heat-reeating conditions are determined by oven atmosphere, temperature, and duration. Each group of workpieces is heat-treated in the revolving furnace, where atmosphere and temperature are kept constant. Different conditions for heat treatment are accomplished by changing different travels of diffenent groups of workpieces in the oven. Thus, durations undergoing heat-treating are made diffenent. Bassed upon the above processing and the corresponding equipment is provided to adjust the heat-treating conditions and to control the revolving furnace.
