Abstract:
     In the invention is disclosed a method of smelting the steel, esp. that containing Al and N, and the technics of heat treatment process. The composition of steel is characterized as, C 0.7-1.5%, Si 0.2-1.0%, Mn 0.1-0.4% or 2-6%, W 1-20%, Mo 1-12%, V 0.8-4%, Al 0.5-1.5%, N 0.01-0.10% and the remaining are Fe and contaminates. In it may also be added Ti, 0.01-0.5% and Re 0.005-0.6% or one of them. A product with good comprehensive properties is obtd. by the method of heat treatment. It is suitable for producing cutting tools and moulds.
