Abstract:
     The invention adopts cupola furnace for smelting. Chemical compositions: C 2.5-2.7%, Si 1.6-1.7%, Mn: 1.75 0.05 - 0.25%, P is less than 0.2%, S is less than 0.2%, Cr is less than 0.06%. By means of Si-Bi-Al compound inoculation in front of the furnace, second inoculation or in-mould inoculation, white cast iron can be obtained.
