| The technology uses the enthalpy of heating work-pieces to raise the efficiency of heat utilization of an annealing furnace. It is characterized by that the work-pieces are moved in oppsite directions from either end of the annealing furnace through the same hearth, and then the heat exchange between the cold workpieces and the hot work-pieces can proceed in the way of natural convection. The furnace is able to carry out the above technology, i.e., a continuous annealing furnace with reciprocal incline tunnels. Its main character is that in the hearth, there are two symmetrically arranged inclined tracks, and the hearth is divided into a central heating section and several heat exchage sections on both sides by transverse partitions. The annealing furnace is not only simple in structure, easy to be made but also effective in energy-saving. In addition, it can carry out continuous productive operation. | |||
