Abstract:
     It uses the oxane as the main raw material to synthetize nontoxic quenching agent. The whole technological process includes deeply refining the raw material and selecting appropriate polymerization initiator. The bi-block polymer of oxane-the main component to synthetize the quenching liquid is produced by two stages, first is linear polymerization of the single component oxane and second is random copolymerization of the oxane mixture. The polymer is strictly refined with strong oxidant, and the polyalcohol and its polymer are selected as second component to be blent into the quenching liquid of both excellent quenching function and nontoxic.
