Abstract:
     This invention relates to a new cyclic annealing technique for making high strength and good mouldability dual-phase steel. The dual-phase steel chemical composition is characterised by that the content of manganese is lower than 2.0%, it breaks the traditional idea that it must be high manganese-ferro-alloy in dual-phase steel-making by the cyclic annealing technique. Its tensile strength is higher than 630 MPa, the elongation is more than 30%. The production technology is easy, and it reduces the investment of manufacturing equipment and the cost of steel. It is suitable for producing plates, wire rod, strip, steel wire, drawn tube and chain etc.
