Abstract:
     This roaster is for roasting low voltage fluorescent lamps. Its characteristics are: 1) the main roasting oven's electric heating body is big board-shaped resistors instead of the normally-used resistance wires or resistance tubes and the working voltage is between 17 and 24 V; 2) the board-shaped resistors are mounted on the top and bottom walls of the hearth barely. These board-shaped resistors are well-distributed vertically or horizontally. The distance between the electric heating body and work piece is short. Therefore the temp. inside the hearth is well-distributed and the life span of the board-shaped heating body can be more than 4 years. The electricity consumption for every 10 thousand lampsdrops from 5517 to 1759 KW.hr.
