Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the area of machinery building. It refers a process for making vulnerable parts of grain and oil machinery. It is characterized by processing the products through casting of the perchromic cast iron, then annealed at 850-950 deg.C. air quenched after machining and thermal presservation at 920-1050 deg.C and grinded after tempering. The vulnerable parts of grain and oil machinery made by this process, such as press screws, split rings, have high qualities of anti-wearness, the service life is 4 to 5 times longer than the prior arts. The productivity is raised and the cost is reduced remarkably.
