Abstract:
     The invention discloses a cow recessive mastitis diagnostic agent and the preparing method, uniformly mixing borax 50-70 shares, boric acid 47-49 shares, and bromcresol purple 1 share, then mixing with dodecyl sodium sulfate 190-210 shares, thus making primrose solid powder, taking the powder 15.45 g to dissolve in 500 ml water so as to form purplish-red liquid, able to be used for diagnosing the cow recessive mastitis. The agent is the same as CMT and can indirectly determine somatocyte content of a cow, simple to operate and able to make field detection, and especially, the powder of the agent has more advantages, such as small bulk, lightweight, convenience of carrying and storing and extremely suitable for large- volume detection.
