Abstract:
     The invention discloses a rapid diagnosis reagent for mastitis of cattle, sheep and pig, and the components and the weight per cent is: Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 2.5%-thirty%, sodium hydroxide 1%-15.5%, alternate sodium nitride 0.05%-0.5%, bromocresol purple 1%-10%, and water 45%-95%. The invention also discloses the preparation method for the reagent that is making up water solution with sodium hydroxide, alternate sodium nitride and adding sodium dodecylsulfate, bromocresol purple according to the ratio, whisking and mixing to make it fully dissolving. The invention has fast speed, low cost, high accuracy, repetitiveness and good stability. It is easy to operate, and has broad application range.
