Abstract:
     The milk homogenization can be implemented by two stages. Prior to first stage of homogenization, the milk is heated to 75-95 deg.C, and in the first stage of homogenization the milk is diffused in a boiling chamber under the pressure of (0.15-0.3)x 100000 Pa. In secend stage of homogenization, the milk is diffused under the pressure of (0.03-0.15) 100000 Pa. In the milk homogenizing device a cylindrical case is divided into two parts, and each of parts is divided into a boiling chamber and a condensing chamber by use of a vertical partition, and the upper portion of partitions is equipped with a tube to introduce milk vapour from the boiling chamber into the condensing chamber.
