     Raw materials of this metallurgical powder are electric furnace white slag and bittern water, by mixing according to a proper composition, granulating, desulfurizing and drying by heating, screening, then heating, desulfurizing, dehydrating once more to a base powder. The synthetic powder is made by mixing the base powder in proper proportions with deoxidant, dehydrogenating and desulfurizing agents. This synthetic metallurgical powder has considerable dehydrogenating, deoxidating, desulfurizing and some denitrogenating abilities and comprehensive metallurgical effect when blown into the molten metal. The production technology of this synthetic powder is simple.
